The Jamies saved me $2000 this morning. We had a monsoon last week, and mom and dad’s basement took some water. This deluge brought with it the ugliest of ugly stains. Picture a 150 sq ft oil slick almost in the middle of a 450 sq ft tan Berber pond. I spent half a day trying to clean it, but realized I was faring somewhere between useless and making it worse. I've never left a review for anything ever but I need to post one for this wonderful family owned business. We needed our carpets cleaned before the closing after selling our home. I called a spoke with the kindest woman and she was very accommodating as they had to be done a specific day and time. I had to text some info a week after talking to her and they were quick with a reply and just so incredibly friendly...even in text!! On the day of the cleaning I met her son who was a pleasure to talk to and went above and beyond in cleaning our carpets! He even vacuumed the tile floor in our basement that I hadn't had time to get to myself!! They were really wonderful people...read full review
