We are so happy with our Mitsubishi split unit tha Monk Heating and Air Conditioning installed at our house. In additon to the quality of the split unit, the professionalism and service given by this company would be a great model for other service companies. They are simply outstanding.

I called Monk Heating & Air Conditioning on a Wednesday (5/20) fully expecting them to be booked solid because let’s face it, this is one of the busiest times of year for HVAC companies in Northeastern Pennsylvania. I needed a hot water baseboard heater removed at my property near Tunkhannock, PA so my contractor could install sliding glass doors and keep my deck project moving forward on time. The heater was directly in the way, and the entire deck project was at risk of being delayed.

My furnace was malfunctioning and leaking water. Dan came out and located the problem and ordered the parts. Dan was professional and I am confident in his knowledge to fix the problem. I would highly recommend Monk Plumbing and Heating.
