Geisinger Dallas is a great primary care provider for all medical needs. It is a nice but very busy place where appointments are necessary. Community care is available on site to help walk-ins, and there is a pediatric care unit. The staff is always friendly, professional, highly knowledgeable, kind, and efficient. Patients report excellent experiences, with care teams who explain everything thoroughly. This provider is highly recommended.

They need to update their hours for the main office. I live all the way in Hanover and with my work hours I need tk get a paper dropped off to my PCP and drove here almost a half hour away just to find the entire office closed even though both online and on their doors it says “open until 7” I’m so aggravated
I had an excellent experience getting lab work done here. Delshonda was kind and professional. She was quick and efficient getting my labs drawn. Working in health care it was refreshing to have such a great interaction with a staff member.
