I was there two weeks ago and I had a great experience. Maybe they improved. The nurse and NP was great, thorough and I was in and out in a short time. I would use them again for sure.

I have used this location’s urgent care on and off over the years, and have had middling experiences at best. Most recently I went there with my child for a bout of swimmer’s ear. The staff were kind spoken and professional, but in the end I felt like I was not being heard in what my daughter needed. The NP ultimately prescribed something I did not want, naming that the other treatment “made her nervous.” Despite explaining that we had previously had no issues with that treatment. Nevertheless I acquiesced - I am not the medical professional so I left it there. First of all, everyone here is very nice...that is not my issue. The last 2 times I went here, when my Doctor was not available, I was misdiagnosed. Will not be returning unless it is for bloodwork only.
