Very quick and friendly. They saw me on time and I was able to order glasses at no cost through my insurance. I brought along my newborn and they were accommodating and understanding. Still waiting on glasses but I can follow up once they are in!
I was extremely impressed with the care and compassion showed by Patty at the Dallas office. I had visited the Wyoming office earlier and was disappointed with the lack of help with my broken glasses and was very upset when i arrived at the Dallas office. Patty immediately helped me out and within a few minutes I had a new frame with my lenses put in from the broken pair. I couldn’t thank her enough for being so sympathetic and professional. Kudos to the Dallas team for having such an incredible employee!!!
The staff is super patient and made the process enjoyable. I had some vision issues going into the exam, but then Dr. Eskin left me informed and comfortable with my prescription and new glasses.
