Full disclosure: Bryan is my brother-in-law. Also full disclosure: he's one of the most talented people I've ever met when it comes to remodeling work. I once watched him turn a pile of wood into a custom mantel with boxed-in chases for plumbing and electrical - it was like watching an act of prestidigitation. Very impressive work.
