Previously things had been fine but slow. I had no issue in the past on two small jobs. This one was much larger.I hired Mark Staffin for a job in January 2020-the job easily should have taken 3 months top. One year and 3 months later the project is undone. $40,000 later he has ceased all communication. I waited patiently since my last $17,000 payment in July 2020. EVERY week I was presented with an excuse. I had never heard so many excuses in my life.
