Couldn’t recommend MCRS anymore if I tried! My wife and I were in the Poconos for our anniversary and decided we wanted to book a private trail ride. We ended up riding with Diesel and Hudson, two BEAUTIFUL horses. Piper, our guide, was phenomenal! Not only could you tell that she has a deep love of horses, but she was very knowledgeable, kind, and fun to ride with on the trail! She kept the ride engaging, yet peaceful. We even went for a bit of a trot, too! If you’re in the area, please consider riding here! It was our second time riding, and next time we’re in the area we’ll definitely be back!
My girlfriend had to do some convincing to get me to go horseback riding. I’m glad she did. We had a lot of fun and I have to shout out Felicia, our tour guide. We had a lot of fun on the trails and Felicia was great with interaction, answering our questions, and overall great conversation. Girlfriend and I are already talking about re-visiting in the winter for a snowy tour.
I'm an equine dental tech, so I was just very much up close and personal with all of the horses at Mountain Creek. I was impressed with how well cared for all of their horses are! And you can't hide subpar teeth maintenance! They are truly committed to making sure every horse is healthy and comfortable. Even the older gentlemen are given extra soft meals to make sure they maintain their weight. As someone who adores horses, I can say that you can trust that these creatures are loved.
