Having now used Julie and her team twice for my home loans, I could not recommend them more! Especially for anyone who is self-employed, I’d recommend them even more. Julie secured my loan twice so easily. Everything was done quickly, electronically, always responding promptly to questions. Super straightforward process.
Efficient and flexible, we refinanced our 30 year to 15 at the rock bottom rates during the first part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the backlog of processing at the various banks / title agencies / etc as everyone desperately sought to lock in low rates (2.5% fixed over 15 years), "Big Jim" Franco and his team guided us through the entire process. Because of their perseverance, we've been able to accelerate amortization of our home, and which put us on a sound financial footing.

When he pulled my credit report, he found a false hit to my credit I would've never known about, which directly effects my ability to finance/buy a home.
