Efficient and flexible, we refinanced our 30 year to 15 at the rock bottom rates during the first part of the COVID-19 pandemic. Despite the backlog of processing at the various banks / title agencies / etc as everyone desperately sought to lock in low rates (2.5% fixed over 15 years), "Big Jim" Franco and his team guided us through the entire process. Because of their perseverance, we've been able to accelerate amortization of our home, and which put us on a sound financial footing.

I initially went through a loan company to purchase my home. The loan officer I had was nice and responsive, however secretly tried to add an extra $3,000 for her commision into my closing costs. My realtor suggested I go through Michael Hess at Welcome Home Finance, and I couldn't have been more pleased with the process. He was professional, easy to talk to, and explained the steps and what was currently going on. Christina Mattis was also wonderful to work with. She was extremely helpful and patient with me. If you are looking to purchase a home, I highly suggest going through Michael. He truly is great all around!

Worked with Mark for a mortgage for my first time home. He was always available for any questions I had, around the clock. I’ve heard horror stories about getting a mortgage and he made the process as simple and seamless as he could for me. He explained every little detail to me (especially for someone who was very clueless and relied on google search for all answers). I would absolutely 100% recommend him to anyone! not to mention he beat my first Pre-approval interest rate by almost a whole percent!
