Excellent customer service. Dr. Sulc explains everything in detail and invites her patients to ask questions. The rest of the staff, Nate, Summer, and Colleen are so helpful and want to make sure that you are satisfied with your appointment and choice of eyeglass frames. My visit was a very pleasant experience and I highly recommend this practice.

More than 5 minutes late and they will make you reschedule. They will not tell you this beforehand. They called me two days before my appointment to clarify my insurance and tell me not to come early for my 10am appointment because they don't open until 10am but failed to mention anything about rescheduling if you're more than 5 minutes late. Got three kids off to school and drove 45 minutes to this location. Walked in at 10:10 for a 10am appointment and was told I couldn't be seen.
