Very little wait time. Front desk is very close to patient seating, not as private as the old office. Wish some SPF 50 would be in the free samples.

The most painful Botox I’ve ever had. Sara was clearly in a hurry and rushed through my appointment as there was some mix up with my appointment being for a consultation and not for a treatment. I was clear when I scheduled that I was coming to get Botox but they told me I had to schedule it as a consultation since I hadn’t been there in three years, but they also said I could still get treatment. This mix up was not my fault but I feel like it was taken out on my face. I will say this again, I have NEVER experienced that much pain with botox. I will never go back to her again.
