Betlyn installed out HVAC system about 30 years ago. This company has been amazing in their customer service, work quality, honesty and promptness. I know our system is old, however they continue to come and repair it when we have issues. When this system bites the dust, I am going to go right back and ask them to do the new install. Great company and great people.

Of course my a/c broke twice in one week, in the midst of a heatwave! Betlyn's not only provided speedy service for my elderly a/c unit, but they are so kind and worked with me on a payment timeline. This is how business should be done! Great service, and treating people with kindness and understanding!

As an USAF veteran, from a family of veterans from both sides of my family, I would like to express my thanks to Mr. Betlyn for the assistance he gave to a young woman and young family while her husband was deployed. Thank you, Mr. Betlyn! We need more understanding from citizens that realize active duty and reserves need that comfort knowing that there are people understand what deployment is all about! Spouses deployed must have their minds at ease so they can concentrate on staying alive and getting a difficult job done.
