A-1 Safe & Lock
“Excellent service — solved a very difficult lockout
I was locked out of my detached garage after it lost electrical power. The garage has no access door, so the electric garage doors were the only normal way in. I called five or six garage-door companies and locksmiths, and no one thought they could help.
The locksmith from A-1 came out and immediately understood the problem. He had a specialized tool that he was able to work through a small gap at the top of the garage door to reach and pull the trolley release, allowing the door to be opened without damaging it.
It was not a routine lockout, and I was extremely impressed that he had both the right equipment and the experience to solve a problem that everyone else had told me they couldn't handle.
Professional, resourceful, and highly recommended. A-1 really saved the day.”
