We talked to Benjamin at Black Lock about rekeying our recently purchased home. He sent team member Mike, who was great. He was quick, efficient, and friendly. He made copies for us, and told us to not use the original key, but to save it to make copies for family members. I highly recommend Black Lock for all your locksmith needs.

Had a 25 year old pair of French doors – one that we couldn’t open at all and the other was getting close to same, leaving us with no rear exit to the house. Ben came over promptly, working around my work schedule, requiring flexibility and good communication on his part. He was able to quickly assess the situation with our complex door mechanism. Instead of trying to sell us on an expensive lock replacement he attempted to work with what we had to save us a major investment. The door knobs and locks now work smoothly, and the best part is, I feel like we got two new doors! Highly recommend Black Lock and will call them again!

Ben has done work for me a few times. He has always been quick to return calls or messages. Recently I needed a particular lock for my front door. I reached out to him on a Friday night to get his opinion on what type of lock I should purchase. He immediately responded and took the time to find the lock and send me the link so I could get it ordered. I would recommend him without hesitation!
