They did an excellent job on my vehicle and kept me informed about all the parts that needed to be ordered, as well as the timeframe for when my vehicle would be completed. I also appreciate the time they took to clean and wash my vehicle before returning it to me. I will definitely choose their services again in the future if needed.
I had a bad experience with a different shop that I will not name for a different issue with my car that left me without a vehicle for almost 3 months. I reviewed this place before trusting them with what my vehicle needed fixed this time and boy did Caliber Collision deliver. From start to finish, feom front desk to the techs they all provided AMAZING service. All my questions were answered and all my concerns met with respect and care. My car needed work done to the rear after someone hit it while parked. They were done in just a week and I was informed of process throughout the entire process.
