I had a slight delay in response from my website inquiry (due to updating his page, which looks great!); HOWEVER once Mike realized the issue, he apologized and responded immediately and continued to be responsive throughout the rest of my experience. Mike does a great job! He made my 6 year old BMW's paint look and shine better than new with PPF on the front and a fresh ceramic coat all over. No unsightly edges on the PPF; they are all tucked under for a seamless look. Highest recommendation!
