Built a home back in 2023 and they finished the top surface layer of my back patio and front porch. First day on-site one of their machine operators backed into my garage foundation that they were not working on. Back to the work they actually completed, it hasn’t held up at all. I love to support local business but when I called to share feedback back in summer fall 2024, I was told there is nothing they can do. I see concrete jobs last 20+ year easily but because we had a cold winter, I guess that gives an excuse. If they stood by their work, this review would have never happened.

We contacted this company several weeks ago for a quote. We waited and waited. Finally we received an incorrect quote(we sent exact specs from the architect). We called them to get it corrected. No one called back. We got an email that said they were overbooked for the whole year and we never heard back again. Very unprofessional and discourteous.
