“Ive been going to Val at Pretty Palacee for a little over a year now and I can say that every time I’ve come for my lash appointment, I’ve had an incredible experience every. Single. Time. I can’t say that for anyone else I’ve gone to in my 7 years of lash extensions life. The retention is amazing, they’re always perfect (and I’ve gone from light hybrid shorties to 20 mm volume) Val herself is extremely professional and makes the experience pleasant every time. “The spa inside is beautiful and clean! I got a gel manicure and eye brow wax and I feel the prices were very fair. Staff was nice and friendly. It was my first time going to this spa (my normal place was all booked up and I needed to get my nails done asap)My only two complaints are 1.) ONLY cash for tips. They have an ATM in the spa which is convenient but I wasn’t aware that tips were only cash, so kind of a bummer, but now I know for next time. 2.) I got a gel manicure, which I always get and for some reason the clear top coat has bubbles in it. When she put the top coat on and I put my hand under the dryer it BURNED! I’m not sure if that’s because of the top coat or what caused the bubbles, but I was not used to this.Overall the nails look okay for now, just disappointed in the bubbles. However I would go back and give another chance!Services: Waxing“

“I have to be honest. I’m writing this review because of my wife. Jesse did G’s lashes about two weeks before the pandemic hit and we all had to shelter in place at home. Since then G’s lashes still look amazing! I am simply amazed and impressed with Jesse’s work. The quality of the work shows in the fact that they are still looking great after almost two months! I highly recommend going there for any service that they offer. I cannot day enough how impressed I am with Giedre’s lashes that Jesse did! Looking forward to when this is all over to go there in person to tell them all how awesome their work is!“
