I came in for a lash removal from another salon, Lynn squeezed me in that day (doesn’t always work out but I appreciated it). The salon is clean, friendly staff, and quick service. I returned yesterday to get a full set of lashes. Lynn was wonderful with the consultation, showing me photos of options with the type of lash curl I would like and hope I would like them to look. I was very relaxed during the entire service as she was quick (I don’t want to be getting my lashes done for 2-3 hours), I could tell how meticulous she was making sure I was comfortable during the service as well. I'm giving 5 stars because I like the quality of work 9/10 times. I've been coming here for over 2 years. I've paid hundreds of dollars at other locations for a fancy and upscale experience. I don't need fancy. I need good quality. I don't experience a lot of shedding so I go every 3 weeks. 9/10 the works is exceptional and the lash tech is professional. I can only think of one tech in particular who almost caused me from coming back. She was vaping over my head and kept pausing every 5 minutes to text on her phone. I am a very easy going person and if you want to text someone during my appointment (an hour long) be my guest. I've dedicated an hour to be there. But between the excessive texting and vaping - I was livid. However, I haven't seen her since and I decided to not let one person ruin my overall experience. My eyes water a lot so I know I'm not the easiest client - I always warn anyone new that I tear up, ignore me for it because it doesn't hurt me, it's just what my eyes do. Everyone is understanding and feels bad. As I said I've been coming here for 2 years, and have no intention of going anywhere else. If you want excellent work at a great price without being charged for fancy frills - this is your place!
I give them 5 stars for lashes. They look great and last. I went to Deka lash once and waste of money- starting coming off in a week. It's a no frills little space but I don't want to pay for fancy - I want quality, service and beautiful lashes!
