Back in March, we had Neptune come out for a leak detection for our inground swimming pool. They charged us $250 to confirm what we already knew (that there was a leak in the returns) and never got back to us with a quote for the cost of the full repair. I emailed and called repeatedly with no response.

They installed a liner filter and pump. I never got my receipt or warranty papers after calling email over an Over. The left sharp objects under my liner he said he would fix it so many times. Then next season had them open my pool and they cracked my filter. It could have been fixed with warranty papers but he never gave them to me I have emails to prove everything I'm saying is correct after two years no fixing my pool or filter I had to pay for a new filter out of pocket and now this year clothes in the pool one of the holes and sharp objects broke my liner and it's only been a couple years I have to do this all over again do yourself a favor and stay away... read full review

We had an issue with losing a lot of water in our in ground pool that started last year. Closed it up and continued losing water way past the lines so we assumed it had to be the liner. We saved all year to get the liner replaced. We could find no one to come and even look at the pool let alone find the leak. I found a man last year who agreed to come and never showed , I got a text a day later him telling me to call him immediately. So we preserved and just kept putting the hose in the pool every other day. This year we finally found someone to replace the liner.....it was a Thursday. Six weeks past the agreed date, showed up late and by Monday the pool was losing water... read full review
