Every employee we interacted with was punctual, thorough, considerate, and kind. Chuck, our very knowledgeable project manager, took the time to educate us on our options, the products they use, and what we could expect during each step of the project. He gave us his advice, and then gave us the space and time to make our decisions. It’s clear how much he cares about his customers and the work he and his team does.
We have used Kaller Roofing for all our roofing needs. Recently we needed the slate roof on our garage attended to, as well as a small flat roof over a sleeping porch. Chuck came out and also assessed our main roof that was 28 years old and was done by Miller roofing which Kaller had bought awhile back. Chuck was very honest and said our main roof was fine for several more years, but our flat roof needed attention as well as the slate roof on our garage that had lost some slates. Rich, Carlos, Charlie and Ange showed up, did a great job in an afternoon and went beyond by cleaning out the garage cutters.

My wife and I recently moved. We were looking to have a new roof put on. We had called many different roofers, and they all gave us the same song and dance. Creating a sense of fear that our roof was going to fall apart, but then we called Chuck at Kaller roofing. Chuck was prompt and professional.
