F Home Depot they opened a second account without my authorization and I called to resolve the issue months ago and now I’m calling again months later (my credit score dropped 400 points) and they keep redirecting my calls and hanging up on me. Nobody speaks clear English nor has a clear phone. I’ve been trying to resolve this for hours, they’re absolutely no help whatsoever. I call the store and their touch pad doesn’t work. I am not giving this company any more of money. Destroyed my credit, opened a card without my authorization, and have a horrible customer service this is absurd and I don’t know how to resolve this issue without burning hours and hours...read full review
Horrible experience at Home Depot .I went there to pick up some tiles for my new bathroom .There was no one at flooring department to help me pick up some boxes .I even tried to get page someone .Waited about 10 minutes and no one showed up .Decided to go up front and to find someone .There were no employed around .This is a shame that a single woman can't get service or help at Home Depot in conshohocken .I guess you need to be a contractor to go there .Turkey disappointed
You guys lost my business. Had a gentlemen come out on Saturday to measure the house for new flooring. He created a wonderful 2D layout of the house that he was supposed to email me so I could use it to get an estimate on different flooring types. Never receive the email of the floor plan. Called the store twice this morning trying to get a copy of the measurements. Spent 45 minutes on hold two different times getting bounced from department to department, only to end up in the same voicemail box twice. There is nothing worse than having to deal with a retail store on the phone, and this was just another shining example. Taking my 4000 sq. ft. of business elsewhere.
