Dan did a thorough home inspection! He spent 2 hours checking everything from the basement to the attic. He is easy to deal with and explains things in layman's terms. Highly recommend him!
I can say with confidence that this inspector and the company are great to work with and gave top of the line results exactly when I needed. I called with the problem that other businesses couldn't do the inspections I needed in the time frame I had. Some didn't do all of the services I required. Precision Home Inspections came through all the way. Over the phone, the service provider was quick, courteous, to the point, helpful, and thorough. The actual Inspection Report was done beautifully, laid out with a thoroughness and exactness of someone with experience and an incredible attention to detail.
