Very great customer service here!! Lexi Saw me carrying in my happy returns, and she came over to open the door for me and was super friendly assisting me throughout my return and my purchase. I really appreciate when any environment is positive and helpful and she was amazing!

My wife had been recommending Amany for quite some time after always coming home looking amazing and years younger. I finally decided to book an appointment myself, and with a little persuasion from my wife, I’m so glad I did. Amany gave me a fantastic, new, refreshed look, and I’ve already received so many compliments. She is talented, professional, and truly has an eye for style. Highly recommend!

Have a really big event today and they just called and cancelled my hair and makeup with no alternative solution. This is completely unacceptable. Last time my friend went to get her hair done they completely botched it where another stylist had to fix it. Go somewhere else. Not worth the stress of incompetence. It is a makeup store and you are going to tell me that there was no one there who could do makeup? My mom happened to be at the Ulta in King of Prussia at the time and she was telling them what happened and they had Za who was wonderful do my makeup. So avoid Collegeville and go to King of Prussia!!

There’s an older lady I think with a cane -that walks around the minority customers just looking at them and pretending to be busy which obviously seems like profiling. She also will walk past without saying excuse me as if everyone should clear the area for her with no respect to others. She made my son feel uncomfortable with almost bumping into him from behind

Above-and-Beyond Service at Ulta! I came in hoping to buy the Airwrap ID in plum but saw online that it was out of stock - so I planned to settle for the red instead. At checkout, I mentioned how much I’d wanted the plum, especially since it was $100 off and eligible for my 20% coupon. One of the team members overheard and said she’d double-check the inventory. Sure enough, she found the plum version in the back. Because the discount was specific to that color, I was able to get the discount I had hoped for. It really impressed me that they knew their inventory so well and took the initiative to help me get exactly what I wanted. I shop at this Ulta often, and this kind of thoughtful service is exactly why I’ll keep coming back. Truly a standout team! -Kelly

Amany Dewes did a color correct on my hair from a previous stylist and OMG it came out amazing. The whole time she reassured me, walked me through her steps. She was so patient and professional. She is so sweet and made me feel comfortable and beautiful again. She listened and knew exactly what would look good on me. The results came out better than what I expected, I could't believe it. My hair has never looked this good. All the staff were super friendly throughout this experience. My last stylist paulina was super sweet and made sure not to damage my hair. I am very impressed with this salon and the way they handled the color correction. Thank you guys! Thank you so much Amany.

Bad service and very rude attention from Addison. I asked her if they had a gift for my birthday, or a gift with purchase, or samples. She told me there was nothing. It seemed like she wanted to keep all the gifts or samples for herself.Thank you very much Addison for your worst service keep going!!!!
