Excellent service from Rod! Very prompt arrival, provided notification before arrival, successfully completed service work on our HVAC system and provided great overview of the current status of the system and very honest guidance in our best path forward, and even asked the name of our dog ?. Will definitely consider Mitchell Hearing and Air for future needs based on this positive experience!
Mitchell Heating & Air Conditioning was referred to us by a neighbor. My neighbor really knows what he is talking about. Dan, the owner of the company interacts directly with customers by email, phone, and text. He is immediately responsive to service requests and provides rapid turn around between request and service techs showing up at your house. The service techs are friendly, polite, respectful of property and get the job done quickly and efficiently. The service techs' attitudes and performance are obviously reflective of the owner's business philosophy which appears to be very customer centered. Mitchell HVAC replaced our two Heating and AC units over the past winter. The workmanship was excellent and they provided seamless installation with no down time. Mitchell was great work with and service technicians were very friendly and knowledgeable. We obtained three quotes for our units and Mitchell provided us with a detailed breakdown of the work along with listing all rebate savings for upgrading our systems. We have been using Mitchell for routine service of our older units and always provided great service so we were confident they would provide the same quality and service on our new unit install.
