I was a first time customer who found Frazer Dry Cleaners on Google with great reviews. I brought a suit in for a funeral last minute. A few hours later I found out I would need the suit sooner than the scheduled pickup. I called and was met with outstanding customer service- He said it was no problem, even though it was a Holiday weekend and he would text me when it was ready. He had it done 2 days before the original pickup date. Will definitely be a returning customer.
I got blood on my bridesmaid dress days before the wedding and Joe and Esther were able to get the blood out and steamed my dress and had it looking amazing in time for the wedding! Fantastic service and great turn around time!
