Wilda was very organized and a pleasure to speak with when scheduling my appointment. My first massage was given by Emily and she was fantastic. I asked her to focus on my neck and since the appointment I have been pain free.
I am a steady customer and always get a great strong massage finished with hot stones and stretching. Linda is my provider and she has excellent technique and strong hands.
I have been going to Kinetics for some time, they suggested I go see a hip surgeon. I did and my hip was badly deteriorated. I continued going to PT. My therapist, Dr. Jeffery Kurtz and his team continued helping me move and exercise until the surgery, This helped me cope with daily living, pain and faster recuperation. After my hip was healed sufficiently for me to go back to PT, I chose to go back to Kinetics.
Dr Kurtz and his team have been working with me again to get the strength and muscle tone back that l had lost. I can now walk without a cane or walker, stand up straight and move better. We continue to work on strength, balance and agility that is necessary for my daily living.

When my husband came home, he was shocked. He said the house looks so clean and smells good. I cannot recommend Erika enough. She did an absolutely terrific job, Got the cobwebs in the corners, cleaned the burners on the stove, etc. Attention to all the small details that makes a cleaning service really good. I had such a great experience at this salon! I got my hair and makeup done by Vaneza, and she did an amazing job. She understood exactly what I wanted and brought it to life beautifully. I have been going to Sara, owner of Root and Form, for my hair for over a decade. She is the only hair stylist in my entire life that I have ever committed to. Why? She is incredibly intuitive at her craft and knows how to blend it with your soul and personality. She is genuine and empathetic and can truly sense when you are ready to make a big shift with your hairstyle or maybe gently encourage you to just have a trim. The results over the years have been amazing. She has given me pixie cuts and helped with maintenance in layers when my hair is longer. I have had so many people compliment my hair months afterwards. I am incredibly low maintenance and do absolutely nothing to it so I know it's because Sara has developed a style tuned to the growth and volume of my hair that continues to shine even months later. I absolutely cannot recommend Root and Form enough, the aesthetic is so peaceful, connected with nature and funky. There are high quality teas available for you to enjoy while you are there and also unique gifts and great hair products to peruse. I always look forward to my hair appointments with Sara!!

I went to get a fill and a regular pedicure. Fill with a design on each nail was $60 and pedicure was $30. I had Anna and she did a wonderful job. She was nice, seemed very experienced, and helped me make a mountain design I saw off of Pinterest. She helped me pick out the colors to match the sky background I wanted. I'll absolutely be going back to her when I'm in town.

I’ve been everywhere to try and get the white/purple blonde that I wanted and every stylist would say they could do it but it would never turn out. I used to wait until we would make our bi-yearly trips to southern California to get my hair done because that seemed to be the only place I could get what I wanted. Then I found studio one!! Melissa took her time with me, got the color perfectly, along with one of the best hair cuts I’ve had. She doesn’t do the same montco-one-size-fits-all hair cut I’ve gotten pretty much everywhere else in the area and that is worth every penny and THAN some!!Services: Haircut

I use KB Electric for the first time yesterday to have a new ceiling fan installed and take the old one down! It was very easy to schedule the appointment and I received a text from KB Electric when Dave was on his way and I also received a phone call from Dave giving me his time of arrival! Dave was friendly, professional and knowledgeable and had the new ceiling fan installed in record time! I asked if he could give me a recommendation of what to purchase to replace two old exhaust fans in my bathrooms which he did! Dave also had enough time at my request to replace a faulty switch in my basement! Dave also mentioned that his company provides a free service to inspect the circuit panel box and electrical outlets that are within 6 feet of water and I promptly agreed to this inspection and received a report if there were any concerns and a thorough explanation by Dave ! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend KB electric for your electrical service needs in your home! I will definitely be calling to have the bathroom exhaust fans installed!

The work on our front porch and steps was done very well and carefully. Matt listened to our needs and made good suggestions for the kind of materials needed and on how to improve our porch and steps. After the work was completed a defect was noticed on one of the stones. Matt stopped by later and removed the defective stone and replaced it with a new stone and followed through with the necessary steps to make the porch look great with no extra cost. Matt was very professional and flexible. Our overall experience was great and will recommend him to anyone.

I have had the company for about two years. I have a quarterly maintenance with them and all the guys that have come out have been super nice and respectful, they even remembered my dogs!! I went to spinal care chiropractic a few weeks ago for severe nerve/muscular pain down my left side that I had been suffering with for a few months. I did four sessions with Dr. Dobson and Dr. Walters and after the fourth and final session I feel amazing! The shooting pain i was experiencing is all but gone and I feel like a new man. They're trauma-informed and social-justice-informed (not always the case in yoga communities) so I feel more capable of teaching yoga to different communities in a sensitive manner to supports healing. Jennifer is also a kind and compassionate human. I'll never forget her encouragement to teach in a way that's more authentic to me.
I love this studio! I’m new to yoga and everyone has been so kind and helpful. Each instructor is experienced and extremely knowledgeable. I’ve found that I leave every class with a meaningful message which has been a huge positive in my life.I enjoy the temperature of the hot classes (95°) and the music is great. I love how many different types of classes are offered too.I highly recommend this studio for all skill levels!

StretchLab has changed my life. I was having difficulty with a lack of flexibility that was making it painful for me to walk. After regular weekly visits, I was transformed - able to walk, run, jump, etc. without discomfort. Corey, Brandon, and Noah are great - they truly care about my well being. When I needed to take a break for a couple of months, Stretchlab showed me stretches to do at home and advised what strap to use. When I returned, I had not lost too much of the flexibility that I had gained before the break. What a great service and a wonderful team!
I have been going to see Alina for a couple of months now. I wish I had started sooner! She is absolutely amazing. Her practice is kind and full of incredible knowledge. She is a doctor and acupuncturist, her knowledge of the body is vast! I have had incredible pain for many years and she has helped with not only her treatments, but things to do in between that really help alleviate the pain until I come see her again. Each week my pain is less and less and I am just so thankful and so grateful to have found her. Alina is THE BEST!
