Absolutely amazing! I called essentially last minute hoping they had white daisies. They didn't have any of any kind. But Danielle spent all evening looking. And she found them. And made me a wonderful bouquet of flowers. And well after hours made sure I had them for my date in the morning. She definitely went well above and beyond. I wouldn't expect it every single time. I didn't expect it this time because that kind of service is unheard of. If I ever need flowers again, I'm coming back to twisted twigs!
Ordered online and put a typo in my note. Danielle quickly responded and got it fixed for me. When it came time for delivery she was texting me to ensure she was delivering to the right place. Additionally, she didn’t have the red roses I ordered online and offered to wait a day until she had more or sub out different colored roses. I opted for subbing out for different roses because I wanted my girlfriend to have them that day. Because of this, Danielle put extra flowers in. Danielle did a wonderful job on the flowers for my wedding. I had these two large crates filled with all different types of flowers, a cascading bouquet, and 4 corsages and 1 boutonnières for my husband. They looked beautiful, and we’re pressing my bouquet so I can keep it forever! Also, I would highly recommend adding on the bathroom basket..it was an absolute HIT at my wedding! She adds all these little amenities someone might need like mouthwash, sewing kit, hand cream, spray, nail polish, deodorant etc. multiple people told me they needed and used items from it :)
