530 Trestle Pl, Downingtown“I live in Texas but was in the area for work and hoping to get some training in. When I called and asked if they permit drop ins for a class they were excited to have a visitor come in. The gym was really clean, and the staff was really welcoming and introduced me to the professor running the class I’d be attending as well as some of the members. The drop-in fee was $30, more than fair for visitors (I’ve paid $60 in SoCal before).
My Gi class was tough, with some really knowledgeable blue, purple, and black belts. Had some great rolls, and learned a new entry to Single-leg X Guard I’d never seen before. It was 45 mins of 4min rounds, and they made sure that I was able to roll with all the members. Again, a great opportunity to connect at folks I never would have met without their welcoming atmosphere.
I’d hoped to get to the NoGi class the next night, but work kept me away. Next time I’m in the area for work, I’ll definitely be coming back.“

240 Windgate Dr Ste A5, Chester Springs“Very nice Karate place, the staff and owner are extremely friendly and amazing to be around. The belt progression is difficult enough to challenge you in a good way, and not too hard where you spend years just trying to get your first belt. The prices are a little expensive, but the quality of the lessons make it worth it.“

500 Simpson Dr, Chester Springs“I enrolled my daughter in this Taekwondo class a few months ago, and the improvement we’ve seen has been truly impressive. The instructors are not only highly skilled but also patient, encouraging, and great with kids. They maintain a perfect balance between discipline and fun, which keeps the students engaged and motivated.
My daughter has become more confident, focused, and physically active since joining. She looks forward to every class and is always excited to show us what she’s learned — from new kicks and forms to the lessons in respect, perseverance, and self-control.
The environment is safe, clean, and welcoming, with a strong sense of community. Whether your child is looking to build self-confidence, get fit, or simply try something new, I highly recommend this Taekwondo class. It’s been a wonderful experience for our family.“

721 E Lancaster Ave, Downingtown“Master Johnson is an incredible teacher and twenty years later I still remember the life lessons he taught in the dojo (perseverance—always getting back up when you get knocked down) and self confidence for a kid budding into an awkward teenager. His workouts were also killer! I couldn’t recommend Champion Martial Arts more highly and hope to send my little one when she’s older!“
