I can't say enough positive things about Paramount Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. The coaches, staff and fellow students are all top grade. I walked into the gym 1 year ago knowing nothing about Jiu Jitsu, I was just looking for a change in my routine. From the moment I walked through the door, I was greeted by not only the friendly staff, but the friendly coaches and students too. Coach Brad has created an environment that makes you feel like you're at home and everyone there is your family. There's classes and opportunities for all ages and skill levels. Having a background in collegiate and semi-pro sports I had a desire to do something physically demanding and Paramount BJJ has given me the perfect outlet. The instructors there are absolutely amazing. No matter what your interests are whether your interests are self defense, weight loss, kids activities, boxing, Muay Thai or competition you’ll find what you’re looking for there. Everyone is SUPER friendly and it’s a great environment for learning. If you do have an interest in competing even better because the black belts and competitors there are extremely high level. It’s actually very common to be sharing the mats with a few world champions during class which...read full review
I can't say enough about how great this training program is. I have trained both Muay Thai and BJJ there for almost 3 years in total. My son has trained there for several years so far in the kids program and has gained so much. When starting BJJ, I was nervous for several reasons but the way that the basics program is set up for beginners allows you to take it slowly and make sure that you are learning and understanding all the fundamentals to build upon. The group of women at this gym are amazing and supportive. They help each other out, love cheering on and encouraging new women to keep on with the program and eventually make it to intermediate classes for more rolling.The...read full review
