Jeff had previously done my first floor and I called him again to do my second. Estimate was quick and his installers were out within a week or so: Absoluteky amazing job. Carpet looks incredible.
What's great about these guys is you get one price for carpet, padding and install. And the installers move your furniture. There's no extra bill or payment to the installers for moving stuff. These guys are legit. HIGHLY recommend.
Creative Floors has now done flooring in 3 different rooms in our home - finished basement w/ 2 different flooring areas, and 2 bathrooms. Each job has been excellent. For 2 of the jobs, suggestions were made that improved on our original design. Will only work with them for flooring jobs moving forward and recommend them to all. Quality small business and reasonably priced for what they do.
Working with Jeff and Lisa takes all the stress out of shopping for flooring. My laminate floor in the basement was recently destroyed when rain seeped in through an Egress window. Jeff sent a team to remove the flooring and has installed porcelain tile that looks like wood. Working with a small locally owned business is the best!
