When my Honda's tire came off on I-495 in Maryland after improper service at Reedman Toll Honda in Downingtown, Arty's demonstrated exactly why I trust them. Absolutely wonderful place. I got my PA state inspection here in June, and just went back for an oil change and some fluid changes. My car runs way better than when I brought it in! Prices are reasonable, staff is super friendly. As a woman in a mechanic shop, I feel very comfortable there 😌 (which is not very common!) 10/10!!
Super friendly and up front - it's hard to find a place to service your car that you feel is honest and actually cares. They did my inspection and an oil change and they were super helpful. When it was going to take an extra day waiting for delivery of a new tail light that I needed, they offered me a shuttle back to them and a loaner car so that I could get my son to his orthodontist appointment. When I came to pick up and there was a miscommunication about price, they handled that very professionally as well. You can definitely tell that Arty actually cares about the customers having an all around good experience with them, and it is reflected in his team as well.
