My car wouldn't go from park to reverse due to a powertrain failure. Agustin came and worked with the car for 20 minutes to get the car in neutral to get in on the truck. All this in the pouring rain at around 10:30pm. His dedication to assisting a customer and to his work was impeccable. We need more people like him. Thanks Agustin.
My car died in the driveway on a Friday before a holiday weekend and I had to wait until Tuesday to have it fixed. I called my emergency service company for a tow and they sent AM Towing Service out to tow my car to the garage. Augustine was so pleasant and tested the battery, confirming that it was the problem, loaded it up on the flatbed and took it to my mechanic. I had my car back within 2 hours and it all went smoothly. It was reassuring that Augustine knew what he was doing and was so friendly. I definitely will recommend AM Towing and use them for further problems with my car.
Agustin was EXTREMELY kind and helpful tonight when I needed a tow in the middle of the night. He kept me informed along the way. He was there within an hour, which was the exact timeframe he gave me when I spoke to him on the phone. He was friendly and answered all my questions when he arrived. He even very kindly answered all my curiosity questions about my car, about his industry, and so on. Especially after waiting for 5 hours with AAA only for them to be very unresponsive and never even assign a towing service to my request, Agustin was a breath of fresh air. HIGHLY recommended!
