The quality of care is lacking. Scheduling is horrible. Found several diagnosis from the ER here to be completely off base on once there was a follow-up with my primary care. I'd rather take the 25 minute drive to LVHN than the 3 minutes to get here.

I'm very impressed with this hospital in particular based on me and my wife's experience there ... And there's only a long winded way to explain so stay with me .First off the wait time was so fast we didn't sit down in the waiting room.The staff from doctor to the nurses were professional inquisitive compassionate and empathic they did not pass judgement or assume anything they listened with interest and medically proved or disproved any information or concerns we had . It took time for them to do what they do but they were constantly dropping in compassionately making small talk or giving us any little update rather then leaving us to wait for hours on end by ourselves . They called the fallowing day to check on my wife's status and didn't rush off the phone. All and all it was a great experience for such a minor thing .It makes them stand out to me when I compare them to many other hospitals where I could see in the body language of the staff that they were being pompous or arrogant by believing and or assuming things with out actual fact and trying to present it to me knowing it has not been proven or disproven by taking the time to listen research troubleshoot and test in an effort to produce accurate results .So a big thanks and a Gold star to the staff at the ER St Luke's Coaldale ....
