Our pup Maya is very skittish around new people and boarding facilities. This place went above and beyond to make her comfortable. We can tell she had an exceptional experience. Even though they are a bit out of the way for us, we didn't mind driving from Morgantown. We cannot wait to tell all our friends and refer them to South Sunset Beach. My boxer recently stayed for about 3 weeks and was treated like royalty. I was impressed with the fact I was given updates on how he was doing via text message. They had even given him a complimentary bath and nail trim when I picked him up since he had been there so long. Nothing bad to say about this place. They are amazing!

The facilities are clean and not overpriced like some kennels in the area and her prices are pretty camparable to what I've paid in CO, MO, IL and KY.It's always hard to schedule drop offs as she never asnwers the phone and doesn't return messages. I usually have to call over 3 or 4 days before I get a response. I also don't think she properly dosed my dog's medication last time. I always count our his pills for his stay and this last time, he had nearly 4 days worth of meds left over.
