I have been a patient of Dr. Shovlin’s for many years. I cannot praise him enough. Both my grown daughters, and now their children, are his patients. I trust him explicitly. Each exam is thorough, every aspect is explained knowledgeably and professionally. I am treated respectfully and as an individual.
I had a recurrence of a sizebale corneal injury/tear. Dr. Michael Boland saw me at the Clarks Summit office at a moment's notice, and he was awesome. Really listened, gave great information and recommendations and the eye drop I got prescribed by him for this recurrence REALLY helped with pain as well. Dr. Jerry is my normal doctor, so I REALLY appreciate Dr. Boland seeing me within an hour of my initial call, as this particular kind of injury is super painful (those numbing drops at the office are a God send!). Thanks for the great care as always!
Love my new doctor, Dr Mark Boland. Very informative. I felt comfortable and confident with the information he provided me. I used to see his sister Dr Mary Boland Frattali. She has retired, and was the best! They are two of the best! I am happy she refered me to him.
