Patti was awesome! I brought a picture in on my phone, and she gave me the exact cut I wanted. I have kinda long hair, so I got a trim and long layer, and I also added bangs and face framing that she did perfectly. It's one of the few haircuts I've gotten that I didn't have to touch it up when I got home. She does exactly what you ask. If you say trim, she just takes an inch off the ends. I was veryyy nervous about it going in, sometimes you say trim, and they take like 3 inches off before you can stop them. I can always get an appointment - very quickly - usually the same day that I decide I can't stand how my hair is behaving and I need to cut all of it off immediately! My stylist always manages to calm my mood and give me a fresh look.
