When Andrew heard of our emergency, he immediately was willing to help. He was careful to minimize any potential damage to the duct work as we pulled it apart to locate the cat. We successfully retrieved her. Then he restored the duct work back to its original condition. He was very thoughtful and patient while we worked on problem solving the issue.
