They saved the wedding!!! I needed a dry cleaning and an alteration within 36 hours for a wedding and they were able to accommodate! Reasonable prices, friendly staff, and amazing results for the suit! I ordered the suit online and it came the day before I left for the wedding and they were able to save the day! I couldn't thank them enough! I highly recommend this place if you're in the area!
My suit needed to be cleaned same day on a Saturday. I called Crystal Cleaners in the morning and they were able to accommodate me, having my suit ready for pickup within a few hours. Service was A-1! They’ll definitely be my go-to cleaners moving forward.
Stained a shirt of mine that did not come out. Additionally another person's shirt was included in the laundry they returned to me.
Update: after this review the cleaners contacted me directly and were proactive in trying to make things right. Unfortunately, I was traveling on business so there is not much we can do. But I appreciate their follow up.
I will bring my business back to them again next time I am traveling in the area.
