“I'm so pleased with our girl's dramatic makeover! Cassie looks like she's lost weight from her grooming Bugsy's did an amazing job on her grooming and severe matting. She's a medium sized girl around 7 years old and had a very good time with her few hour stay at the groomers. They are the sweetest and most caring people!I am from Texas, where you can find a groomer very easily- it's wide spread. I came home to visit my brother and he let his dog go about a year from her last grooming. This was not an easy cut. I started in with scissors on her mats close by her ears and decided I needed help immediately! It was Christmas time, but Bugsy's was able to squeeze us in. Mind you, I called around and texted and emailed- NO ONE called or followed up with me, except Bugsy's.Hands down, the universe sent us a message that they are now our go to groomers. 10/10 for communication skills!“

Begs to go…doesn’t want to leave… then sleeps the remainder of the night from their mental stimulation. I can’t say enough about this place. They are more than just dog groomers.“

“My dog just started here a week ago and I have already been so impressed. I am pretty picky about what I look for in a daycare and this place has far exceeded any expectation I had! The meet and greet showed how seriously they take getting to know dogs before allowing them in. They were also super patient with my dog and allowed him to integrate with the pack at the rate he was comfortable with. It is clear that everyone who works there is knowledgeable and loves dogs. They are also super communicate and give a full report card and pictures each day. They also have a nice big outdoor space. Highly recommend!“

We scheduled an appointment for 4 weeks and will keep coming back for nail cuts and more. Highly recommend.“

“Took my dog for emergency stitches after a grooming accident. They took great care of my pup and were easy to speak with. They followed up nicely and the vet tech I saw was so sweet and gentleman working the phones was so kind when I was obviously upset. I would give 5 stars but I was given pricing with no alternatives and I think that should always be an option without asking. We worked it out and my pet got the best care!“

“They were absolutely wonderful! Our Boston scratched her eye and we called our vet plus 4 others, no one would see her. Called Providence, they were done for the day but the vet stayed to see our Lilly! Everyone was super nice and friendly. Will definitely be bringing our dogs back!“
