Everything from picking out the flooring, getting the estimates and proposals, scheduling and actually installing was GREAT! We were so impressed with the speed and cleanliness of the installation! They were even able to expertly sand and match small bits of original wood around our banisters so that you can’t tell where the old ends and where the new wood starts! “Santiago and his team did a fantastic job refinishing the hardwood floor in our living room and stairs. They also did work for us back in April when we had our kitchen renovated. His team installed new hardwood flooring in the kitchen and hallway. Then they sanded and stained all the new flooring as well as the existing hardwood floor in our dining room. They do beautiful work. We are very happy with the completed projects.“

“I was really nervous about doing this and the thought of moving all of our furniture seemed really daunting. We had so much work done to our home since May that I just wanted to relax! I was tired of decluttering and cleaning twice a day from the work being done. I even felt like canceling the day of. I just hate having things out of place. For our job it took two full days and again I am so happy we did this. It really gave our home an updated look. And the benefit of moving the furniture has also been finding new places to put the old furniture to give the home a better flow. I would do this again if needed. We went from an 18 year old wood floor that started looking orange to a natural light oak that makes the whole house appear larger and cleaner. If you’re on the fence just do it. “Recently bought a home with pre-1950s floors covered in carpeting; he evaluated our floors which were hidden under the carpet and helped us with stain choices as well as talked about potential planning if we were to renovate, and completed our house re-staining in less than a week with an amazing outcome. Have included pics before and after, lighting is different but it’s just time of day, floors came out great! I was concerned our older narrow wood would look aged, but his team really brought back the vibrancy of our wood floors!

Was very cost conscious as well, and was willing to take on minor costs for unexpected stains/ minor repairs without change in his estimated price. Was also very easy to get in contact with, very personable.

Would highly recommend, it’s our first house and we love how our floors now look, couldn’t have asked for a better outcome.“
