They did an excellent job painting our condo before we moved in, and now they are knocking it out of the park with the remodeling of our guest bathroom. B.L. Ward & Associates is a great Company. They are on time for their jobs, they are honest about the pricing and very detailed about their work performance. They do an outstanding job in upgrading your home for whatever job that you want to be done. They are consistent with the way they do their jobs. They don't change the prices or anything. Of course, if you change what you originally agreed upon, then the price may change if it involves more work, but for the most part, they don't change prices on you. B.L. B.L. Ward & Associates recently completed several home improvement items for us, and we're very happy with the results. Brooke and Brewster were both great to work with, and I really appreciate the good communication during both the planning/scheduling process and the actual work taking place. Our neighbors even commented on how courteous and respectful the crew that performed the work was. I'd recommend them for any home improvement jobs you need to have done.
