my call was answered immediately. scheduling was easy. they came when they said they would. work was done efficiently. Steve got the job done, explained everything to me. would highly recommend them.
We contacted Rocket on the recommendation of our Allstate agent Andrew Beaver. Found a leak in our tub drain and found two of the pipes rotted through. My wife contacted them and spoke to Debbie and within a little over an hour Steve and his son showed up at our door to check out the issue. About an hour to an hour and a half later they had run out for the parts, came back and the job was done. We will definitely be keeping their number handy for any and all future repairs!
