Steve and team were very responsive and did go above and beyond from Saturday afternoon into the wee hours of Sunday morning to resolve a sewer clog that ultimately was determined to be a clogged sewer main! Steve and team stuck with it till the municipality finally agreed with Steve’s opinion
Now 3 days later, and constant pieces of equipment from the sewer authority and subcontractors it looks like Monday afternoon the clog and most likely tree roots will be removed and we will go back to life as normal
