My wife scheduled an hour couple's massage the morning of our anniversary to start our day of celebrating one another. It was a very relaxing hour that I lost portions of as I drifted in and out of sleep as the masseuse worked my back and legs. We were finished off with hot stones and left to rest peacefully in a darkened room while soft etheral music played in the background. The staff was very pleasant, attentive and very appreciative for our patronage. I can see this as a starting point for future days of celebration.

Best massage I’ve ever had. She had an intuitive instinct for where to work on the most, and even walked on my back which felt like the best deep tissue massage ever. Really great experience. Will definitely be back on a regular basis as I do power lifting. Along with regular adjustments, this quality of massage will keep me competitive for a long time.

I’ve been to New Life 3 times. 1/3 good experiences. First time I went was a year ago and my deep tissue was not deep at all/bad until returning a few weeks ago to give it another chance. This 2nd time I got Lee, who did an excellent deep tissue massage so I rebooked with Lee again 2 weeks later for deep tissue which I’m just getting back from. However, during my massage I found out it wasn’t Lee and like the first time I went, the massage was far from deep enough. Expecting a deep tissue and not getting anything close to deep is disappointing and a waste of time for me.
