Had a wonderful experience with a plumber today. I used my American Home Shield Insurance, and my toilet was fixed in minutes. They stock their trucks with supplies, so my issue was fixed during the first visit. I highly recommend them.

American Home Shield assigned Main Line Plumbing Service to me for an issue with my bathroom. Tom was at my home in less than 24 hours. He was professional, informative knowledgeable and very pleasant. He took the time to explain to me what the problem was and how he would fix it. There is no doubt he is an expert in his craft. I will gladly use his company going forward and recommend him to anyone who needs a plummer that can be trusted.

I called several times, but talked on the phone with them 3 times. Each time sounded like a plan, but nothing was followed through with or even got a call back. I would give 1 star, but I’m giving 1 extra star to the guy I talked to for being so nice. But I’m still a week and 1/2 with no kitchen sink, dishwasher, etc. I used them because they work with my Home Warranty service. But now I need to find an electrician and a plumber and somehow go through my warranty service.. ugghh

I don’t understand the negative reviews. My experience was perfect with Tom and team. They tried to work around the schedule and replaced my water heater through AHS and completed the installation on a weekend. Very open and thorough communication

Tom from Main Line Plumbing service was fantastic. He is a Master Plumber and very knowledgeable about the science behind his profession. Very professional, patient, trust worthy and reasonably priced. Tom took the time to properly diagnose my water heater and found it was the expansion tank, saving me a lot of money from another plumbers incorrect diagnosis. I would HIGHLY recommend Main Line Plumbing Service and plan to use them in the future.

Terrible service ...had him fix a simple trap under my kitchen sink ...begins to leak again. Called to get it repaired again and he stated that it was repaired correctly and I could of hit it or something .....and it was not his fault. Advise you to use another plumber.....

If I could give this company 0 stars to be able to review them I would. Absolutely awful. They came by our house TWICE and told us nothing was wrong with our heater and that we should change the filter…we then had another company come out and found we had a gas leak, along with our heat exchanger being broken which I asked Mainline to check and they told me they did which obviously they lied about, that could have cause serious damage to us (I’m also pregnant and we have a 2 year old at home). Will NEVER use this company nor will I ever let anyone I know use them.
