James went well beyond to make us happy. A refrigerator that we had ordered from Lowe’s showed up with a small ding in the door. Update: Job finished and looking GREAT..! First a crew came out (on time)to make a template of my exact countertop needs, making sure it fit squarely in my kitchen, despite any imperfection the house may have acquired over age and settling. About 2 weeks later, they called and told me countertop was ready to schedule install the whole works. Day one, workers arrived (on time) and old counters were removed and new one installed, sink and faucets plumbed in. The next day, tile man showed up ( on time ) and set all the tile, Day 3, tile man showed up ( on time ) and grouted tile and applied sealer between countertop and tile.

What a GREAT experience..! I could not be happier with the craftmanship and on-time performance.“
