Really wonderful massages and facilities here. I'm pretty crazy about the hot clay and jade rooms, but they have a normal dry sauna and steam room too. Baths had 3 temps from hot to cold. Nice place to spend a couple hours on pain relief and general detoxing and well worth the price. Facilities were clean, staff were friendly and professional. I've heard some weird stuff about the mens section here but the women's section was quiet, respectful and not at all creepy.
Great place overall—clean and well maintained.
One suggestion: the lighting in both the sauna and steam room is quite bright, which takes away from the relaxing, spa-like atmosphere. Dimming the lights would make a big difference.
More importantly, the temperature feels excessively high. It becomes uncomfortable within 5–10 minutes and can cause lightheadedness. Saunas and steam rooms should be relaxing and safe, not overwhelming.
I would recommend checking that both are set within standard, safe temperature ranges. With a few adjustments, this could be an excellent experience.
Asian bath house. I go monthly and get the full body exfoliation and relax in all the baths with different temps water. I always fall asleep in the heated rooms because the floors are heated as well. Women and men are seperated.
