I just wanted to thank you for the FANTASTIC job you did on my carpets. I never thought those spots on my family carpet would ever come out. I actually thought some of the spots were from cinder burns from the fireplace. Guess not!
You do great work. We are no longer considering replacing the family room carpet.
Now if I could just keep my grown sons and families out of the house...but that can't happen.
