The staff was nice here and all, but I have to say this was honestly the worst nail job I’ve ever gotten. I had the lady do gel nails, and not only was it very messy and got polish all over my fingers yet somehow none on the sides of my actual nails, and she didn’t even paint nearly half of one of my nails. A day later one of the nails completely fell off—no glue residue or anything, which means the lady prepared them very wrong before painting them. The relaxation room is nice, but I would definitely not recommend getting your nails done here. It’s also extremely expensive, being around $90 for just a very badly done manicure.

I hate writing bad reviews but it’s been almost a year since my husband and I celebrated our honeymoon at Seven Springs. We had an awesome time except for the spa, which we were most excited about. • the jet tub gave me a terrible smelling uti for the whole trip • the masseuse smelled of cigarettes and made my hair smell too • the did not focus on my back like I asked • we told staff beforehand we would like to stay together for our honeymoon but were separated for facials • esthetician did not remove product correctly and left my face covered in oil (Im a licensed esthetician so I know it wasn’t correct)
We saved up our money for this life changing experience. The only thing we got was the knowledge of save your money and get a real massage and facial at a small business for pennies compared to what we paid. Beyond disappointed and still sick in my stomach about paying what we did for hot garbage.

I had a perfect experience here, start to finish. The receptionist at the front was so lovely. The spa was clean and beautiful and quiet. I had an 80 minute Swedish massage with Morgan and it Was one of the best massages I've ever had and was relaxing and effective! I can't wait to come back here and highly recommend it!

Double charged me for a product I purchased from the store after my massage. They dont answer the phone and no reaponce to voicemails after trying for a month to get ahold of them.

Had a great experience at Trillium Spa. My husband and I had deep tissue massages with Morgan and Devin. It was 50 minutes of heaven! The spa is very clean, their products are lovely, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. It was such a treat!

$120 pedicure… gel is peeling off. Hairs and sparkles in the gel when I asked for plain white. To add they have also given me contact dermatitis and are obviously inexperienced in working with gel.
